Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer
Tami Lorenzen-Fanselow, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for the Lions Automobilia Foundation Board of Directors, is the President and owner of FCL Logistics Ltd., a Customs Border Protection Centralized Examination Station, and a Public Warehouse that transports and warehouses cargo out of the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. Tami grew up spending her summers watching her Grandfather and Father build the family business until joining Price Transfer in 1989. Tami worked her way up each level of the business, acquiring a personal understanding of each department including accounting, trucking, warehouse, centralized examination stations, and customer service. The method for which Tami gained experience, working, and understanding operations of each department prepared her for leadership. In 2004, Tami accepted the position of President of FCL Logistics, a sister company of Price Transfer. Tami’s insight contributed to winning the C.E.S. bid which included variable temperature cold rooms built for Customs Border Protection perishable project examinations. This level of C.E.S. service was a first of its kind and continues to make FCL Logistics C.E.S. a leader in trade exams, specializing in the agricultural sector. Tami holds a BA in Business Management from Arizona State University and is currently is an active member of LACBFFA, FTA, HTC, HTA, Boys and Girls Club of Carson, Carson Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chair of Int’l Seafarers Center and South Bay Workforce Investment Board (SBWIB).Tami’s eagerness to serve comes from her Grandmother Joan Lorenzen, an active community leader, who’s accomplishments include the preservation of the Los Angeles Drum Barracks, former President of the Community of Animal Regulations and the Woman’s Division of Chamber of Commerce. Tami’s leadership and strong work ethics are not the only characteristics she shares with her driven Father, Rick Lorenzen. In 2012, Rick presented Tami with a 1942 Custom Built Willys Pick up which sparked Tami’s enthusiasm for the Hot Rod community, and her joy every time her truck takes first place ahead of Rick’s stable of car show winners. Tami is currently having a 1933 Willy Pick Up built by the Lions teams that will certainly turn heads when it debuts in 2022.
